HAPPY 4th

Just wanted to wish a Happy Independence Day to  my American readers.....both of you...Ha!!

I loved being there for the 4th many years ago. I loved the picnics and the Stadium of Fire show.

It was so hot on those bleachers....

We used to get base picnics here in the UK, but all our local bases closed. Miss them too.

HAPPY 4TH JULY

Just wanted to wish all my American readers a very happy 4th.
Hope you all have lots of fun with your families.
As you will know we don't celebrate here in the UK.
We used to go to our local USAF base for the picnic every 4th but sadly they
closed most of the bases.
So now we miss out on all the food, the ball games etc.

Anyway, hope everyone has a really good holiday.
